Basic Plan

Long-Term Program

• After filling out the application form on our website, we will contact you. During the e-mail consultation, our team will help you to find a suitable school, and answer questions about registration, necessary documents, and studying in Japan.
• Documents review and translation (5-6 months before the start of studies)
• You’ll need a package of documents translated into Japanese to obtain your study visa. We will help you to gather the necessary documents, conduct an initial check, and then translate them into Japanese.
• Submitting your application and documents to the school (5-6 months before the start of your studies)
• Once we receive the completed application form, we will send your application to the school and then send the verified and translated documents. During the verification, your school may have questions, so we promptly inform you if the school requires additional documents or wants to clarify something. Once the school’s review is complete, we will ask you to send the original documents to Japan to be submitted to the immigration office. When the documents have been submitted, we will inform you about the approximate date when the results of the immigration check will be announced and when you will be approved for your study visa.
• Finding accommodation in Japan (1-1.5 months before the start of your studies)
• When the Immigration Office approved your study visa, approximately 1-1.5 months before your course starts, we will start the process of choosing your accommodation.
• You can choose accommodation provided by your school (dormitories, hostels, etc.) or use our free Accommodation Matching Service. We will help you to find an apartment, dormitory, share house, hostel, etc. JapanEasy will help you to choose the best place for you!
• Receiving documents for a visa from the school, and submitting documents to the Embassy (1-1.5 months before the start of training)
• After the immigration office will announce the results, your school will send you an invoice for the tuition payment. After the payment by international transfer, the school will send you the documents necessary to obtain a visa. Once the documents are received, we will help you to fill out the student visa application form and you will submit it to the Japanese embassy in your country. After receiving your visa you will be ready to go to Japan!

Short-term Program

• Document processing and application (1-3 months in advance)
• Registration for the short-term program is faster and requires fewer documents, as the student comes to study with a tourist visa for up to 90 days.
• After choosing a school, we will send you the school questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, we will ask you to fill out the application form and send a photo as well as a scan of your passport for verification. After verification, we will submit the application to the school. The school will send you an invoice to pay for the tuition. After the payment, the school will send you an invitation to Japan.
• We assist in filling out the visa application form. After you submit all required documents to the Embassy of Japan in person or through an intermediary service you will receive a visa.

Standard plan

• Basic Plan services are included
• Meeting at the airport and accompanying to your school and your place of residence
• We will meet you at the airport and help to get to your accommodation without any trouble and without getting lost in Japan. Then we will show you the way to your school.
• Upon arrival in Japan, we will send you some videos that will be helpful for you in daily life (getting insurance, registration at the city hall, buying Suica, etc.).

Premium Package

• Standard plan services are included
• We will help you with registration procedures at the City Hall and health insurance registration.
• Upon arrival in Japan, you will be required to register at the city hall of the place of residence and obtain health insurance within 2 weeks. We will accompany you, help you to fill out all forms in Japanese, and complete the necessary procedures quickly.
• Support with SIM card
• Once you’re registered at city hall and got health insurance, we will help you to choose a SIM card.
• Support with opening a bank account. Not all banks allow foreign students to open an account. However, we will help you to find the right bank and fill out all the documents to open an account.
